Chef Stipe and his assistant Andre (sp) were AMAZING! From the time they arrived they were very friendly engaging and attentive to our needs. They created such an amazing atmosphere for us to celebrate our anniversary. Their food and wine knowledge was impeccable. The food was to die for and the portions were huge! The entire experience was second to none! I will be getting in touch with them again the next time we are in the area!

We are so happy we went for Take a Chef and the incredible Chef Stipe! The food was really amazing! The Chef and the waiter made us feel very relaxed in our home. We had bought some wine ourself and while we were getting ready, and the chef was preparing the food, the waiter had read about the wine and paired it perfectly to our food. They were funny, attentive and very friendly and the food was SO good!! The experience made us feel special and it was truly an incredible experience!

The overall experience was incredible. Chef Stipe’s food first and foremost was the highlight of everything. Each course was better then the next. The communication was easy and attentive. I highly recommend the wine paring also. The portions were huge and it would be impossible to leave the meal hungry. Everyone on the trip agreed it was the best meal we had on the trip and that included a Michelin starred restaurant we ate at earlier in the trip. The kitchen was left spotless. Chef Stipe and the Sommelier even stayed after dinner for a drink to tell us about the area. If you are in the Split area don’t hesitate at all to go with Chef Stipe and his team. I couldn’t recommend the entire experience more highly.

Chef Stipe and his partner gave twelve of us a birthday dining experience to remember on Brach. They came all the way from Split and stayed all night cooking us 4 amazing courses all tailored to each of our orders (we had some dietary needs amongst us). Everyone raved about the food (chef somehow did the main cooking on the grill that I doubt I could cook a hotdog on) which had such a diverse set of flavors. The waiter even paired the wines we had bought throughout our time in Croatia perfectly. They made sure to clean up perfectly and chatted with us (at our request) after dinner to get to know them and they're stories. A+++ experience.

Chef Stipe was a pleasure to work with from menu planning to the meal itself. The produce & fish were incredibly fresh, all the food perfectly cooked, very well presented and tasted delicious. From arrival & set up to clean up, everything was handled most professionally. The most important- we could tell the Chef team really wanted our group of 9 to have a great time at the table. And we did!
